How It Works

  • We Release a New Menu

    Throughout the year, we release menus featuring curated selections of cookies and treats.

    Every drop includes:

    • A themed menu
    • A clear ordering window
    • Specific ship and/or pickup dates

    Once a drop closes, that menu is no longer available.

  • Orders Are Open for a Limited Time

    All important dates are clearly listed on the product page, so you’ll always know:

    • When to order
    • When orders close
    • How you choose to receive your treats!

  • Shipping & Pickup

    Each menu clearly states how treats are delivered:

    • Shipped Cookies:
      Baked fresh and shipped on Wednesdays with 1-2 day shipping.
    • Local Pickup Treats:
      Available for pickup on Saturdays in Danvers, MA.

    Pickup and shipping details are included in your order confirmation and reminder emails.

    Pickup takes place Saturday from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM in Danvers, MA.

    Ships UPS 1–2 Day

    Orders ship via UPS 1–2 Day Shipping Wednesday-Thursday with tracking so you know when to expect delivery.
